Breakfast – Chia Porridge with almond milk and grapefruit
Morning snack (if needed) – Avocado on Ezekiel toast
Lunch – Rice Noodles with spinach and walnut pesto
Afternoon snack – Green smoothie of your choice – not sure what mine is going to be yet
Supper – Butternut squash soup
