My fascination with the role of nutrition in health and healing has always encouraged me to think creatively about the effects of food and diet on our wellbeing and feeds my passion for alternative approaches to health and wellness.

Born in the U.S. and educated in England, I am a long-time macrobiotic cook. I have been trained in Cranial Structural Technique, CranioSacral therapy, and Bowen therapy, which I use as a complement to nutritional counselling as well as independently to strengthen and heal the body.

I earned my degree in Nutritional Therapeutics at Thames Valley University in London and completed my training in Wholistic Kinesiology shortly thereafter. More recently, I have been pursuing my interest in Cranial work with the Upledger Institute and the Hancock Craniosomatic Institute.
